Peer support groups, led by a clinical specialist
Living with pelvic pain can feel isolating. Our online groups put you in a room with women who understand, with a specialist guiding the conversation so it stays supportive, safe and useful. You can listen, share as much or as little as you like, and leave with something practical.

What we talk about
What is pain, and how do we manage it?
How persistent pelvic pain works in the nervous system, why it doesn't behave like injury pain, and the practical strategies that genuinely shift it.
Finding control, self-compassion, and boundaries
Reclaiming a sense of agency on difficult days, softening the inner critic, and setting boundaries at work, at home, and with the people around you.
Navigating sex and intimacy
Talking about pain with a partner, rebuilding intimacy without pressure or performance, and finding your own pace back to closeness.
Body image, self-esteem, and kindness
Rebuilding trust in a body that has felt like the problem, and separating your worth from your symptoms.
Reflections and moving forward
Consolidating what's worked for you, planning for flare-ups, and leaving with tools and a group you can carry forward.
