Once booked, we’ll get in touch and you’ll get all the details you need to get started.

05
Is everything private and confidential?

Absolutely. Trust is at the heart of what we do, so privacy is key for us as Bloume. The information shared in our sessions is completely confidential, handled with care, and never shared with third parties. This is your space to feel safe and supported.

06
Why focus on mental health if my pain is physical?

It’s a very good question. One we’ve thought about a lot.

We get it—being told “it’s all in your head” is frustrating, invalidating, and honestly, untrue. At Bloume, we know your pain is real. Because we’ve been there, first hand.

Our focus on mental health is about giving you additional tools to manage the emotional challenges that often come with pelvic pain. It’s not about dismissing your physical experience but rather it is about supporting all of you, so you feel empowered and in control. Bloume is here for you as an all-of-you health companion to improve your pelvic pain- we’re here to support you through all of it.

07
How much does it cost?

Each therapy session is priced at £95 per session. This includes a personalised, expert-led session tailored to your unique needs.

08
What do I need for a session?

All you need is a device with a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone. Our sessions are held over a secure video platform, so you can join from the comfort of your home. You can dial in from anywhere, provided our timezones sync up.

09
I don’t know where to begin. Where do we start?

That’s okay—you don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk. Whether you have specific questions or just need to explore your feelings and experiences, we’ll help guide the conversation and work with you to create a plan that feels right for you.

In the first session, we’ll begin by discussing what brought you here and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. We’ll ask some gentle, open-ended questions to help us uncover your goals and priorities. Then from there, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs.

10
How does Bloume support diversity and inclusion?

Bloume is a safe, welcoming space for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship type. No matter who you are or what your journey looks like, you’re always welcome here.

11
Do I need a diagnosis to book a session?

Not at all. In fact, we  know how hard it can be to get a diagnosis—many women with pelvic pain go years without one so our therapy sessions are there for anyone who needs support right now.

Our sessions are designed to focus on your personal experience and we will deal with what you’re going through right now.

Whether you have a diagnosis or you’re still searching for answers, our sessions are here to provide personalized support to help you manage pain, rebuild confidence, and feel more connected to your body.

12
Do you accept insurance for online sessions?

Bloume’s online sessions are individual payment only, and we do not accept insurance at this time. We’ve intentionally kept our pricing straightforward and affordable because we believe expert care should be accessible to those who need it.
