Four Services. One Clinic
Pelvic pain rarely lives in one place. That's why Bloume brings psychosexual therapy, gynaecological webinars, support groups, and self-guided practice into one coordinated place.

Whole-Body Support
Psychosexual therapy
The psychological and relational work at the heart of pelvic pain care. Specialist therapy addresses the cycle that keeps pelvic pain entrenched, and rebuilds a relationship with the body, with sex, and with yourself.
Best if you're navigating the emotional and relational impact of pelvic pain, or ready to work deeply on the mind and body cycle.
Gynecological webinars
Clear, specialist information about pelvic pain. Time to understand vulvovaginal disorders, hormone therapy and female sexual medicine, with clinicians whose focus is pelvic pain, not general practice.
Best if you're looking to understand your symptoms, explore your options, or make sense of what you've already been offered.
Support Groups
Small, structured support groups for women living with pelvic pain, led by a clinical specialist. Contained, evidence-based work in the company of others navigating the same territory.
Best if you're you want the recognition and community that come from being with others who know, held in a space that's actively facilitated.
Self-Guided Practice
Daily support in your pocket. Pelvic floor physiotherapy, evidence-based mental health tools, and content on sex and relationships. For daily use alongside clinical care, or on its own when that's what fits.
Best if you're you want structured daily support, at your own pace, in your own time.
One coordinated pathway
Each of our four service works on its own. Together, they form a coordinated pathway that moves with you.

Start anywhere
Some patients begin with a gynaecological webinar. Others with a support group, or psychological support, or the app. There's no set entry point.
Move between services
Care evolves. A therapy client might join a group. Someone who has had an educational consultation might add therapy. An app user might book a consultation. The services build on each other, not compete.
One care team
Every clinician works within the same clinical approach, and communication between services is deliberate. Moving between them isn't starting over.
