Online group sessions, led by a clinical specialist

In brief
- Limited to 15 participants
- 45-minute online sessions
- Led by a clinical specialist

Finding connection with people who get it
Small groups do something individual therapy can't: they surround you with women who genuinely understand what pelvic pain feels like to live with.
What we cover
What is pain, and how do we manage it?
Finding control, self-compassion, and boundaries
Navigating sex and intimacy
Body image, self-esteem, and kindness
Reflections and moving forward
Whatever your condition, you belong in the room
Women living with any chronic pelvic pain condition, diagnosed or not. Groups are mixed by condition. Participants may have vulvodynia, endometriosis, vaginismus, adenomyosis, or something not yet named.
Sessions are structured, clinical, and warm. You will not be asked to share anything you don't want to. You will be met with respect, expertise, and the kind of honesty this work needs.
